Better Together Throw Crochet Pattern

$5.00

The Better Together Throw is an instant download for a thick and cozy PDF crochet blanket PATTERN (NOT the blanket itself!!).

Made to celebrate the wedding of my daughter and her new husband, this blanket pattern uses the interlocking block stitch (aka snuggle stitch) which is basically two interlocking double crochet linen stitches paired together. Because the stitches are interlocking the blanket isn't holey at all even though it's made up of double crochets. In fact, it's extremely heavy and warm making it perfect for the fall and winter months. Even though it might look complicated it's really relatively simple to work up. The chosen colorway of white, medium gray, and a dark charcoal gray gives off some definite buffalo check vibes when paired with this stitch. So very pretty, simple, and classic!

The blanket is finished off with a lovely envelope border/double border. The absolute genius of this border is that it eliminates the need to weave in all the ends. They are all tied in knots and sandwiched between the two sides all tucked in nice and neat and hidden from view. It's a beautiful, crisp, substantial border that I know you'll fall in love with, especially if you hate weaving in ends like I do.

The pattern includes pictures for clarification and YouTube links as well in case you're a visual learner and would benefit from a little extra help while you're making the blanket.

This pattern is written in US terms.

Finished blanket measures approximately 53" x 68" (135cm x 173cm)

This pattern is the copyright of Stacy Narrin and no part of it (written or photographs) may be copied or sold. However, you may sell the finished blanket you've made from the pattern as well as share pictures of YOUR blanket to social media. I just ask that you please give me credit for the pattern.
